Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Clinical Director for our client, a 501(3) Nonprofit organization dedicated to serving recent immigrant families that are affected by autism. This is an exciting, hybrid, direct-hire opportunity located in San Francisco, CA.
As the Clinical Director you will serve as our Training Director and lead PhD/PsyD clinical psychology candidates in autism diagnosis and screening for related NDDs

As the Clinical Director you will serve as our Training Director and lead PhD/PsyD clinical psychology candidates in autism diagnosis and screening for related NDDs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and grow the service delivery model
- Supervise senior diagnostic and early intervention professionals
- Provide opportunities to start new family-centric services
- Facilitate parallel research data collection
- Oversee agency operations with a focus on service delivery
- Teach and mentor interns
- No direct patient service required beyond supervision
- Strong interest in teaching, service delivery, and agency oversight is ideal
REQUIREMENTS:
- Training and diagnostic experience
- PhD
- Must have Clinical Psychology License in California
- Must have worked in an Autism center
