Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Vault Teller for immediate hire for our client, a company which provides gaming solutions and services to various establishments across the states! This is an exciting Full-Time, Direct-Hire opportunity located onsite in Las Vegas, NV!

**Schedule: The hours of operation for this company is 6am-10pm, 7 days a week. Please be able to be scheduled either 4-10s or 3-12s during those 7 days.


As the Vault Teller, you will report to the Controller and be responsible for the collection and processing of large volumes of currency. You will utilize your high attention to detail and mathematical aptitude to sort, strap, bundle, and count currency for the business.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing all vault funds and transactions processed during the shift.
• Prepare the bank deposit for daily pickup by armored service.
• Ensure funds in the vault are balanced at the start and end of each shift.
• Manage all funds in the vault drawer and safe.
• Reconcile all transactions processed in the vault and account for all markers at the beginning and end of the shift
• Confirm the transfer of funds from soft count to the vault
• Secure and unsecure bags by strapping and unstrapping them
• Maintain daily communication with the Service Supervisor regarding the issuance of additional funds per shift, as directed by the Controller

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be able to work a schedule during the operating hours as stated above.
• 3+ years of high-level cash processing daily. ($2M-$5M) in a bank setting is required. Casino experience will not qualify.
• Cummins or Kisan currency machinery experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
