Scion Staffing is searching for a Lead Sales Associate to join a high-end fine jeweler! This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity located in Napa Valley, CA!

OVERVIEW
If you are a positive, energetic, people-person with a passion for fine jewelry and watches, this role is for you! Our partner is seeking a motivated Lead Sales Associate to manage a team of dedicated sales associates, oversee daily sales and operations, and drive growth!

  • Full time (Tuesday – Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM), onsite, permanent opportunity!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING  
  • Greet customers when they arrive and provide expert recommendations
  • Provide exceptional product knowledge and a positive shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customers are aware of new merchandise and promotions
  • Optimize store design and displays and inventory to drive sales
  • Build relationships with vendors to promote brand development
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and quickly
  • Assist with marketing promotional events
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL 
  • Experience working in a sales environment, ideally within fine jewelry preferred 
  • GIA certification preferred
  • Tech savvy skills and experience with POS system, MS Office Suites, and Google Suites
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong leadership skills

COMPENSATION  
This position offers a salary of $60-80K DOE + generous uncapped bonus structure. Benefits include paid time off for all major holidays, PTO,  employee discount, as well as a health insurance!
