Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer for our client, a wonderful MEP Engineering organization in Arlington, VA! In this role, you’ll utilize your expertise in electrical design in a commercial setting for a range of area clients! This is a full time, direct hire, hybrid role.

- Compensation range is $160-200 base salary depending on experience PLUS bonus!
What you will be doing:
- Electrical design for commercial building projects that fall within building, energy, electrical codes and NFPA Standards
- Oversee design process and projects including coordination of utilities and design for power distribution, fire alarms, standby systems, and lighting systems
- Create necessary construction documentation
- Develop, lead and manage a team of engineers and designers
What you will need:
- 10-15+ years experience in Electrical Design
- BS from a ABET accredited program is preferred; or equivalent experience
- Experience leading or managing engineering teams
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit is preferred
- PE is required
