Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for a remote, contract-to-hire Graphic Designer for our client, a well-known progressive real estate firm based out of Pleasanton, CA

Fully remote based out of CA, AZ, UT, TX, FL, NC. 

What they offer: 

• $50 - $54 hourly pay (DOE)
• Fully Remote
• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• Medical, Dental, and Vision     

What you will be doing:

• Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and designing social media graphics, brochures, yard signs, exterior office signs, print advertisements, and other communication materials
• Keeping existing library of marketing assets up to date with the latest trends and evolving product offering.
• Working closely with the Marketing Team on the content and overall look and feel of the designs, drafting mockups and making revisions based on feedback.
• Create graphics that capture attention, communicate effectively and inspire the audience.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of proven graphic design experience
• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong experience/knowledge of print production, typography, page layout techniques and information design
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working with WordPress is a plus
