Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Finance Manager for our client, an amazing nonprofit organization based in San Francisco, CA!

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about community service and Finance. This role will oversee the organization's financial operations, ensuring compliance and providing strategic financial guidance.

What you will be doing:

• Managing daily financial operations, including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, payroll, and treasury
• Overseeing accounts receivable and payable functions
• Ensuring compliance with governmental regulations
• Forecasting and managing cash flow
• Providing financial reporting and guidance to program directors and administrative staff
• Overseeing the budget process and collaborating with program directors and administrative staff
• Acting as an advisor to management on financial regulations and other impactful matters
• Supporting and consulting with external accounting services as needed

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience as a Finance Analyst or Finance Manager
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial modeling software, and accounting software
• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!
