Position Overview:

Your passion for working with and drawing in professional talent (aka job seekers) to sign up on our platform is essential to our success. At GloballyHired, you'll have the opportunity to support our talent users, enhance our talent pool, and be a part of the growth of our groundbreaking on-demand employment platform.

We are seeking candidates in the greater Portland, Oregon metro area who can work remotely but also come into our office from time to time. 


Responsibilities:
1. Review and Approve Talent User Profiles
  • Screen and review talent profiles to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria of the platform (community guidelines and terms of service). 
  • Approve profiles of qualified candidates, making them eligible for work on the GloballyHired platform.
  • Correspond with talent to make needed adjustments to profiles to be active on the platform.
  • Evaluate and reject candidate profiles, following established guidelines and using independent judgment.
2. Talent User Support
  • Monitor and respond to ongoing talent questions via HelpScout (our system for communicating with talent). This includes using templates, writing messages, and/or phone conversations as needed.
  • Answer questions about onboarding, references, background checks, working through GloballyHired and using the platform as talent.
  • Engage with W-2 talent working through GloballyHired as needed to assist with employee relations items, schedule adjustments, and/or operational tasks.
3. Attract Talent to the Platform
  • Execute strategies in partnership with talent acquisition and marketing to attract qualified professionals to create profiles on GloballyHired.
  • Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to promote GloballyHired.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the talent pool to build a diverse workforce for employers.
  • Promote GloballyHired’s unique value proposition to talent.
  • Engage in and support branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attractiveness of the platform.
4. Data Management and Talent Systems
  • Maintain accurate records of talent profiles and activities on the platform.
  • Provide suggestions and updates to our templates and processes around the talent user experience.
  • Provide input to help improve automated marketing messaging and outreaches used for talent user acquisition and retention.
5. Collaborating with Internal Team
  • Work independently to review and approve and drive a large volume of new talent users while accurately communicating and collaborating with internal team members, such as the client acquisition associate, and marketing, operations, web development, and testing/quality assurance teams.
6. User Experience
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the talent user acquisition process and platform user experience.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless user experience.
7. Compliance
  • Ensure all talent user acquisition activities comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Make recommendations to operations to ensure ongoing compliance in talent user acquisition activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong work ethic, time-management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in using technology platforms and social media.
  • Tech-savvy and skilled with Microsoft Word, ChatGPT, online email platforms, and other emerging technology.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new technologies.
  • Focus on providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong passion for talent acquisition and the HR industry.
  • Interest in learning and staying up to date with employment laws.
Compensation & Benefits:
Opportunity for fulfilling work and being part of a wonderful team. This position offers an annual base salary between $55,000 to $59,000, depending on experience.
