Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced HVAC Estimator for our client, an innovative technology company specializing in advanced HVAC control systems based out of Waukesha, WI! 

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about technology and HVAC systems. This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective communication between departments, supporting sales efforts, and providing technical expertise.

What you will be doing:

• Acting as the primary communication link between operations, sales, and engineering teams.
• Supporting sales by ensuring controls are correctly sold, set up, and configured on diverse HVAC systems.
• Monitoring customer systems and addressing outages and hardware/software issues promptly.
• Assisting in qualifying new projects for HVAC compatibility and designing relay kits and wire schematics.
• Conducting facility energy and wireless propagation audits to determine appropriate product applications.
• Developing and delivering training programs for sales staff on products, services, and processes.
• Collaborating with project delivery teams on post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to support the client's solutions.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and instruction for field changes or designs.
• Managing costs and timelines for custom engineering requests.

What you will need:

• Certification from a college or technical school in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 4+ years of experience in residential/commercial HVAC or a related mechanical/electrical field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and wiring.
• Proficiency with internet software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to travel (less than 10%)
