Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Executive Administrative Assistant for our client, is a dynamic and expanding company specializing enhancing navigational experiences by delivering exceptional signage and graphics, enabling individuals to confidently navigate complex environments without frustration, anxiety, or the risk of getting lost. They collaborate with some of the largest healthcare companies in Georgia, as well as local and county entities, educational institutions, and more. This full-time, onsite opportunity is for immediate hire in Acworth, GA!

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Administrative Assistant position involves closely coordinating with the owner to manage and develop standards and processes across the business. This individual will oversee and maintain existing standards and processes, assist in the development of new standards and processes, and ensure compliance with established standards and processes. These responsibilities span the four main areas of the business: operations, people, marketing, and finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:
  • Demonstrating alignment with the owner’s goals, tasks, and requirements.
  • Managing project processes and administrative activities.
  • Handling human resources administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating proposals and related activities.
  • Managing all other administrative tasks not specified above.
  • College-level proficiency in communication, with the ability to draft, review, and revise emails for content and accuracy.
  • Polite and professional interaction, organizing meetings, calendar schedules, and special events.
  • Ability to execute and supervise the execution of company forms and maintain accurate records within the company system.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, search engines, and various database-driven software.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 5 years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience, with prior experience at a company with at least $5 million in revenue is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Knowledge and skills related to educational background and business performance management.
  • Minor bookkeeping duties and effective decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and social media management.
  • Strong active listening, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Assisting the owner with confidential company matters.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The role is offering $26 - $28.50 per hour and it is a wonderful opportunity to further develop your career, in addition to offering a benefits package. This package includes paid time off, a retirement plan, and a 401(k)!
