Scion Staffing is conducting an immediate search for an Assistant HR Operations Manager on behalf of a national healthcare provider located in Tallahassee, Florida! This is an exciting permanent hire opportunity offering a full-time onsite work schedule.

The Assistant Human Resources Operations Manager assists the HR Director in overseeing the operations of the HR department and acts as the Director in the supervisor's absence. This role serves as the primary HR business partner and subject matter expert to all organizational levels, helping to maximize the performance, productivity, and profitability of the company through its workforce.

  • Annual salary range of $83,000-105,000 depending on experience plus a robust benefits package!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the HR Director in managing day-to-day HR operations.
  • Act as the HR Director during their absence.
  • Partner with all levels of the organization to provide HR expertise and guidance.
  • Implement HR practices and initiatives to enhance workforce performance and productivity.
  • Lead and participate in HRIS implementation projects.
  • Develop and execute HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience, preferably in an HRDOO environment, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification, or the ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
  • Valid driver’s license to allow travel to local locations on short notice.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
