Scion Staffing, Inc is partnering with a luxury apartment startup who is seeking a highly motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join their luxury apartment community in Dallas, TX. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in attracting and retaining residents while providing exceptional customer service. This is an onsite role that requires a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the real estate and property management industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leasing & Sales:
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, showcasing apartment units, amenities, and the luxury lifestyle we offer.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Guide prospects through the leasing process, including completing rental applications, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
- Meet or exceed leasing goals by understanding the needs of prospective residents and matching them with the right apartment homes.
Customer Service:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
Property Management Support:
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media posts, community events, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain knowledge of the local rental market, including competitor properties.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained by conducting regular inspections and working closely with the maintenance team to address any issues.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage leasing paperwork, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
- Utilize property management software to track leads, manage resident information, and process rental payments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role in property management, preferably within the luxury segment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
- Proficient with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (schedule is Thursday-Monday).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
