Scion Staffing, Inc., a full-service national staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a contract to hire Nonprofit Operations Associate for our client, a dynamic nonprofit organization committed to equity in serving underrepresented groups. This position is full time and hybrid (only 2 days onsite per week) in Seattle, WA.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Assist with office operations, manage inventory, and support staff training.
  • Act as building management support and vendor contact, and coordinate conference space usage and event logistics.
  • Handle IT vendor relationships, update technology policies, troubleshoot IT issues, and order equipment.
  • Enhance onboarding and offboarding practices, collaborate on staff integration, and manage feedback to foster a positive work environment.
  • Participate in team-building activities and other organizational duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based platforms like MS Office 365 and strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and advance social justice.
  • Enthusiastic about learning, development, and adapting to change.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The hourly pay offered is between $30-$32/hr with medical benefits while on assignment - upon conversion to permanent employment, you can expect an annual salary up to $67,000 in addition to comprehensive benefits consisting of medical, dental, retirement contribution by the employer (6% of salary and additional up to 2% dollar to dollar match (up to $1,800/year) to employee contribution), professional development, paid holidays, and generous vacation policy.
