Scion Nonprofit Staffing, is searching for a Human Resources Assistant on behalf of an impactful nonprofit organization in Santa Clarita! This is a full time, on-site, 3 week contract opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Print, organize, and file regular and special faculty contracts that have been signed through DocuSign, based on a provided list.
-File 2023-2024 contracts and employee I-9 forms for regular and special faculty members.
-Create and manage over 40 employee files for new faculty appointments and over 25 files for reappointments.
-Enter payment information for special faculty as needed.
-Assist in completing I-9 forms for onboarding faculty and temporary/casual staff, when required.
-Create multi-year and annual communication plans to achieve annual and strategic objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-1+ year of related experience
