Scion Nonprofit Staffing is conducting a high-priority search for a Data Coordinator for our client, a remarkable organization dedicated to supporting caregivers and adoptive parents across Ohio! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing nonprofit that makes a meaningful impact in social services and child welfare. This is a full-time, direct-hire position!
Location:
This role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite work required at the Cleveland office. Candidates located near Cleveland are strongly preferred, and those outside the area should be open to occasional travel.
Overview:
Under the direction of the Evaluation Manager, the Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining records, reviewing data in real time, and ensuring that standards of model fidelity are met. This role will perform a variety of organizational functions and data collection tasks to support program and agency operations.
The Data Coordinator responsibilities revolve around gathering data, maintaining, and updating databases, processing, and organizing documentation, preparing reports, and analyzing data as needed. The Data Coordinator is also responsible for translating data that can be used to support evaluation and informed decision-making. The Data Coordinator attends to data requests that are made by the organization or external parties, thus requiring strong organization skills and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent data support on an individual, team, and programmatic basis.
- Perform real-time quality control review of electronic data.
- Capture quality metrics and escalate trends for continuous quality improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate across teams efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling and carrying out fidelity reviews.
- Assist with report preparation and review as needed.
- Support data training and data-related meetings through the creation and maintenance of presentations, reports, and supplemental documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in database administration.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to interpret data and present it effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Required experience with database management.
Compensation:
In addition to working for an organization with a phenomenal mission, this opportunity offers a salary range of $50K-$55K DOE plus a full and robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement with a 3% employer match, and a generous amount of paid time off, plus an additional 12 floating holidays!
