Scion Nonprofit Staffing, Inc., a full-service staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for an Audiology Director for our client, a nonprofit organization located in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. The Audiology Director will oversee all audiology services. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of audiology practices, excellent leadership abilities, and superior communication skills.

The Perks
- Competitive compensation depending on experience, annual salary range is $160-180K, plus benefits including medical, dental and vision options, 401K, PTO, paid sick days, and more!

- Oversee all audiology services and ensure they meet the highest standards of patient care
- Lead, train, and manage a team of audiologists
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the audiology department
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in audiology
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines
- Manage department budget and resources
- Provide excellent patient care and consultation services
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) required
- Current state licensure in Audiology
- Proven experience in a leadership role in an audiology setting
- Strong understanding of audiology practices and procedures
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
