Scion Staffing is currently seeking an E-Commerce Strategy Manager for an innovative and dynamic organization in Torrance, CA! This exciting full-time, direct-hire position offers the opportunity to join a cutting-edge team focused on delivering exceptional experiences and results.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Maintain excellent online customer service, ensuring feedback mechanisms are in place to improve the overall user experience.

  • Analyze e-commerce performance data and report insights to make informed decisions that enhance sales and profitability.

  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate online listings, product descriptions, and inventory management across platforms.

  • Drive online sales through a mix of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Regularly refine strategies based on performance data.

  • Manage and motivate a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Lead the creation and execution of e-commerce strategies that align with broader organizational goals.

  • Work with developers to optimize the platform for wholesale transactions, incorporating features like bulk ordering and personalized pricing while ensuring ease of use.

  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to keep the business competitive.

  • Oversee the functionality, content, and user experience of multiple websites, working closely with developers to resolve technical issues and optimize performance.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of successful online retail operations management.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, using web analytics tools.

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and e-commerce optimization techniques.

  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.



COMPENSATION:
In addition to being part of an organization with a fantastic mission and positive, team-oriented culture, the annual salary for this role ranges from $100K to $130K, depending on experience plus a robust benefits package and generous PTO structure.
