Scion Staffing is currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for an impactful nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting the Jewish community! JOB DUTIES: 
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and consultations for children and adolescents in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties 
  • Provide support to children with developmental, behavioral, and learning needs 
  • Design and deliver occupational therapy assessment and treatment plans in various settings (home, school, and community) 
  • Collaborate with specialists in mental health, speech, language, and developmental fields to create effective treatment plans 
  • Maintain an active therapy caseload with at least 50% billable time 
  • Provide consultation services to preschools and elementary schools 
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for assessments, interventions, consultations, and billing 
  • Respond promptly to client and employee inquiries, delivering high-quality and innovative services 
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy 
  • 2-5 years of experience working with children and youth across various settings 
  • Strong background in Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Sensory Integration, and Learning Disabilities, with a focus on early intervention and evidence-based practices 
  • Deep understanding of child development and parent education 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team 
 
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: 
In addition to being part of an organization with a fantastic mission and positive, team-oriented culture, the annual salary for this role ranges from $75-95K, depending on experience, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with a financially stable nonprofit serving over 120,000 people annually. Benefits include a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, as well as generous paid time off: 16 holidays (including federal and Jewish holidays), and 3 weeks of vacation in addition to sick leave.
