Scion Nonprofit Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Director of Human Resources to join our clients highly regarded and award winning non-profit organization in Atlanta, Georgia! This is a direct-hire, full-time, hybrid opportunity with benefits!
Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Manage leave processes and benefits-related requests.
• Cultivate an inclusive, motivating work culture.
• Implement diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Mitigate risks and safeguard organizational integrity.
• Design and manage performance review processes.
• Resolve escalated employee relations issues.
• Identify critical HR and talent management metrics.
• Measure organizational performance and competitive standing.
• Research and implement an equitable compensation strategy.
• Coach managers on leadership and employee engagement.
• Manage HRIS and vendor relationships.
• Administer the organization’s 403(b) retirement and savings plan.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Strong foundation in HR laws and compliance
Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $100,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package!
