This full-time, onsite role is available for immediate hire for qualified candidates based in Central Oregon.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial success across multiple related entities in a fast-growing business environment. This person will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to prepare, analyze, and interpret key financial data, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail for precise record-keeping and documentation. Reporting directly to the Directors of Finance and Accounting, this role contributes to strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Success requires strong project management skills, a results-driven, task-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide actionable financial insights by developing, managing, and analyzing company budgets, forecasts, cost data, and operational plans.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities that drive optimal financial performance.
  • Deliver precise and timely financial reports aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives, enhance operational processes, and maintain financial oversight across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess analysis needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Design, track, and report key performance metrics and indicators that measure organizational success.
  • Build and maintain financial models that provide critical insights for stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting, business development, market expansion, and forecasting efforts through robust financial modeling.
  • Develop visually compelling reports that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements from industry payors.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to finance and accounting team members, offering expert guidance and support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially when resolving complex financial issues.
  • Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, industry regulations, and financial numeracy.
  • Show proficiency in typing, data entry, and advanced Excel functions, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Excel at pulling, managing, organizing, and analyzing large data sets.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and speaking.
  • Manage time efficiently by meeting deadlines and balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with modern technology and electronic tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and a welcoming attitude.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
In addition to a competitive salary of $90,000 to $115,000 the compensation package includes a variety of valuable benefits designed to support work-life balance, personal well-being, and professional growth.
