They’re seeking a talented Backend Engineer to take ownership of impactful projects and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of their foundational platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing foundational platforms and systems, creating tools that integrate natively with Artisans.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Developing and deploying containerized applications using Docker, ensuring streamlined deployment and testing.
• Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment, ensuring rapid development cycles and high-quality code.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve programming practices, processes, and tools.
• Presenting technical information to teams and stakeholders, offering guidance and insights on development processes and technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

•  

  • 3+ years of full-time engineering experience with expertise in backend systems.
  • Proven success in independently owning and delivering impactful engineering projects.
  •  
    • Deep understanding of software development, distributed systems, and public cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
    • Proficiency with containerization and deployment technologies.
    • Experience with NoSQL and structured databases.
    • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling and software engineering best practices.
