Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Registered Nurse for our client, a highly regarded non-profit organization in Redmond, Oregon! This is a wonderful on-site, full-time, permanent direct-hire opportunity to join an inspiring as well as mission-driven team!  

What you’ll be doing:
-Oversee nursing services, including medication administration program
-Ensure standardization and adherence of process
-Maintain Client confidentiality
-Review medication administration and medication error reports to maintain safety and compliance protocols
-Review medication orders to confirm Client needs and contradictions, collaborating with providers for adjustments when needed
-Conduct nursing and medication evaluation and assessment visits, addressing Client concerns
-Train Caregivers on medication administration and evaluate competency
-Train Caregivers on Nurse-delegated duties, ensuring competency and ability to deliver care
-Travel to regional branches to fill staffing gaps, perform nursing assessments, and train on medication administration – as needed

Requirements:
•Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations 
•Active RN License in Oregon
•2+ years of relevant experience

Compensation:
