Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant invoice processing, proactively addressing discrepancies and securing approvals from key stakeholders.

Interpret, implement, and enforce complex client billing policies, fee structures, and compliance guidelines.

Manage high-volume electronic invoicing (EDI) with efficiency and accuracy, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail while prioritizing multiple deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Serve as a key liaison between billing, finance, and client teams, providing expert guidance on billing matters.

Collaborate on process improvements, system optimizations, and policy enhancements to drive operational efficiency.

Take a leadership role in special projects, including technology upgrades, compliance initiatives, and workflow automation.

Train, mentor, and support junior billing staff, fostering professional growth and best practices.

Oversee billing for the firm's most complex client accounts, offering strategic insights on intricate invoicing structures.

Ensure accuracy in financial records, reconciliations, and audit compliance.

Take initiative in resolving escalated billing challenges, ensuring seamless client service.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This full-time, hybrid opportunity in Chicago, IL offers a competitive annual salary range of $88,000-100,000 DOE.
