Scion Technology Staffing has been engaged to identify exceptional candidates for a Service Desk Analyst role at a dynamic and technology-driven organization. Responsibilities:
Log and resolve IT issues promptly and effectively, ensuring an excellent IT experience for all team members.
Investigate and resolve tickets submitted to the IT Service Desk, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Participate in the escalation schedule to respond to major incidents.
Provide support for:
Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 Operating Systems
Active Directory and Azure AD
Microsoft 365
Manage onboarding and offboarding accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Process imaging of end-user devices via Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
Provide hands-on hardware support, including troubleshooting laptops, monitors, and headsets.
Assist with desk setups, network cabling, and meeting room equipment checks.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience providing first-line support on a service desk.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
Understanding of the Microsoft 365.
Exposure to Microsoft Azure and user administration.
Exposure to Windows Server environments.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
Experience with PowerShell & scripting.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to plan, organize, and adapt to changing priorities.
A collaborative team player capable of managing workloads independently.
