POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our busy headquarters. You will manage a team, coordinate patient care operations, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to maintain a high standard of care and service. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and has a passion for leading teams in a healthcare environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, supervise, and manage the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring all patient care coordinators are supported and properly trained.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure staffing needs are met, including managing time off requests and absences.
  • Maintain a high standard of office presentation and ensure the office is equipped with necessary supplies and resources.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staff concerns, conflict resolution, and team morale, promoting a positive and team-oriented culture.
  • Oversee compliance responsibilities, ensuring necessary documentation and safety protocols are followed and maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in managing and leading teams, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges, work independently, and foster a collaborative environment.
