Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Executive Nanny for a prestigious and dynamic private family based in a lovely, well-established residence. This position is full-time, onsite, located in a serene, suburban area.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Executive Nanny to provide comprehensive child care, household management, and personal assistance. This role will be key in supporting a well-established family by overseeing daily care, facilitating household operations, and ensuring smooth coordination for family events and activities. The ideal candidate will embrace a service-oriented mindset, be proactive, and exhibit strong organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily child care, including routine management, educational support, extracurricular activity transportation, and health & wellness monitoring.

  • Manage household operations, including organizing and maintaining household inventory, coordinating with vendors, and handling payments for household services.

  • Coordinate personal assistance duties, such as travel logistics, event planning, and performing formal and informal butler services for family gatherings.

  • Ensure privacy and security, working with security teams to uphold safety protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Maintain open, clear communication with family members to keep them informed about children's progress, household needs, and upcoming events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in Mandarin/English
  • Adaptable and proactive with a strong service mindset, always looking to improve and handle new challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality.

  • Comfortable working with technology, including household management apps and digital tools.

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both in handling personal and family-related matters discreetly and professionally.

  • Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The position offers a competitive salary of $90-100K (DOE), health and wellness benefits, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
