What You Will Do:

• End-to-end involvement: Gain expertise in our technical infrastructure, including software architecture, cloud services, web, mobile, and embedded firmware products, to build high-quality and user-centric solutions.
• Strategic consulting: Provide technical insights to help shape the product roadmap, incorporating evolving technology and best practices.
• Technical planning: Support technical teams by defining project timelines, monitoring goals, and aligning milestones with business objectives.
• Team and project management: Lead 1-2 teams to deliver high-quality work on time, providing clarity on priorities, managing workloads, and working closely with leadership to maintain smooth operations.
• Customer issue investigation: Troubleshoot escalated customer-reported issues, providing timely solutions and suggesting improvements to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
• Cross-team collaboration: Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating complex technical details into actionable business strategies, and vice versa.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation to support internal teams and end-users throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Day-to-day flexibility: Adapt to evolving team needs by assisting with various tasks, from hands-on coding and code review to strategic decision-making.

What You Will Bring:

•  6+ years of experience in hands-on software development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
•  Expertise in software architecture, CI/CD automation, security monitoring, AWS cloud infrastructure, and development best practices.
• Proficiency in designing and developing clean, maintainable code to build and maintain high-quality products.
• Hands-on experience with our technology stack and a drive to deeply understand our products and processes.
• Experience with automation testing for various platforms and integrations.
• Technical aptitude and ambition to learn new technologies that will further enhance our products.
