Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Nonprofit Data Analyst for a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on providing support, services, and education to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. The position is a full-time, onsite role in New York, NY.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's fundraising initiatives by managing, analyzing, and providing actionable insights from donor data. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain donor data across CRM systems, ensuring high data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Analyze fundraising performance data and generate regular reports on key metrics like donor retention, conversion rates, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to support campaigns by providing data insights, importing new donor information, and ensuring the correct categorization of gifts.
- Support donor segmentation strategies based on donor behavior, demographics, and giving patterns to personalize outreach efforts.
- Present actionable insights from data findings to stakeholders, helping to optimize donor engagement strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical skills with experience transforming data into valuable insights for decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and experience with donor management systems (e.g., Areeva, Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, DonorPerfect).
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to the mission of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
