Scion Staffing is conducting a search for a Litigation Paralegal Specialist on behalf of our valued client, a respected legal services firm. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in case management, legal document preparation, and research. The selected candidate will work closely with attorneys, providing support in case strategy, trial preparation, and administrative coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct legal research and assist with case assessments.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings.

Coordinate with courts, agencies, and legal teams.

Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and document production.

Review and organize case-related documents, including medical records and evidence.

Support attorneys in depositions, settlements, and case strategy meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate (ABA-accredited preferred).

3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience.

Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal research databases, and e-filing systems.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This full-time, onsite opportunity in Nashville, TN offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000-80,000 DOE.
