Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading provider of modular building solutions specializing in temporary and permanent workplace structures.

This is an exciting opportunity for a construction project management professional with experience in commercial modular construction to oversee projects across Arizona and New Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction leadership, project execution, and budget management, with the ability to work remotely while ensuring the successful completion of projects.

This is a remote position based in Arizona or New Mexico, with regular travel to project sites.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Project Management: Oversee modular construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Safety & Compliance: Lead safety efforts and enforce high standards for workplace safety.
• Budget & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, manage costs, and ensure projects remain financially on track
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Site Visits & Travel: Travel regularly to project sites across Arizona and New Mexico, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

What You Will Need:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the modular industry.
• 2+ years of experience managing commercial modular construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project) and ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications.
