Scion Staffing, Inc. (www.scionstaffing.com), a full-service national staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct the search for a temp-to-hire Call Center Customer Service Representative for our client, an internationally recognized manufacturing and engineering company headquartered in Denver, CO. For over 80 years our client has designed and developed fastening solutions that withstand all environments for shipping, military, aerospace, oceanic and many other industries!

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working alongside 8 other Customer Service Representatives, this role will take and enter customer orders, answer questions regarding product selection, pricing availability and delivery, research pricing discrepancies or issues with returns and provide credit memos to customers. This role will also help troubleshoot any issues that arise around product availability, orders, billing, etc. and initiate the customer complaint process. Additionally, this role will complete export paperwork as required by U.S. customs and perform other tasks as needed. To ensure a best in class customer experience, the Customer Service Representative will communicate with the sales team as needed to resolve issues.

What You Bring:

We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma and 3+ years’ experience working in customer service at a call center, including:

  • Experience with order management, including electronic order submission and online invoicing.
  • General knowledge of export processes and shipment filing.
  • Ability to type at Minimum 50 words per minute.
  • Manufacturing or finance industry experience ideal.
  • Meticulous attention to details – able to spot a possible error on an order and follow-up.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced volume.
  • Ability to handle upset customers skillfully.
  • Strong longevity in former roles; a true desire to work in customer service.

  • This is a temp-to-hire position.
  • A background check will be required upon offer of this role.
  • This role will normally be in-office, though right now works remotely.
  • Hours: M-F, start time anytime between 6:30-8:00am (start time varies).
  • Location: Denver, CO
