Scion Nonprofit Staffing, an award-winning full-service staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Program Manager – Operations and Support, on behalf of our highly regarded global client, with a family of five companies of both private and nonprofit organizations dedicated to delivering holistic, lasting solutions to overcome poverty and health-related issues across the globe. This is a direct placement, full-time opportunity to think globally and be part of solving some of the world’s biggest challenges. The organization’s offices are based in Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC.
Position Summary:
Our client seeks an adventurous Senior Program Manager – Operations and Support to lead operational surge support efforts under the supervision of the Associate Vice President of Operational Effectiveness and Development. The Sr Program Manager, Operations and Support will collaborate with partner organizations in specialized management areas, such as contractual, administrative, financial, logistical, and managerial aspects of project development and implementation. The position will also support worldwide programs that may focus on health, livelihoods, economic development, humanitarian assistance, and other sectors. This role may be deployed for short or medium-term assignments to offices overseas to support the start-up or close-out of awards. Therefore, candidates must be able to travel both domestically and internationally for up to three months at a time and on short notice. These trips may include high-security risk settings and/or very basic living conditions and outside weather conditions. This role is a 50/50 hybrid work opportunity between home and office (barring periods of travel). The position is not expected to have specific supervisory responsibilities. Candidates may be required to work outside of normal office hours or on the weekends as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
In addition to a competitive base salary of $93,000 to $ $115,000, this opportunity offers a robust benefits package with medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families, generous 403(b) with a 9% match, 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), 12 days Paid Sick Leave (PSL), 12 annual paid holidays with an additional 4 paid days the last week of December.
