Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Floral Studio Manager for our client, a Palm Springs, CA-based creative event planning company! This is an onsite, full-time, direct hire opportunity! Our client is offering an incredible career opportunity to work hands-on with a passionate team!
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with clients on their vision for events
  • Ensure that all schedules, goals, deadlines, and expectations are met
  • Manage designs and projects from start to finish
  • Create and edit design ideas, and ensure all documents are complete
  • Work collaboratively across different design teams to ensure that all goals are met
  • Manage daily details of events to ensure all events are a truly unique experience
  • Manage internal designers as well as temporary event coordinators
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience creating floral designs
  • Previous experience managing floral studios, and proven leadership skills
  • Experience with MS Office or G-suite, and MAC proficient
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong problem solving skills and bale to make decisions quickly
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Previous experience with Trello, Asana, Monday or similar project management tools preferred


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
