Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Facilities Project Manager for a national healthcare organization! Our client makes impact in driving quality and excellence in medicine and primary care. This is a full-time, contract opportunity (with the potential for contract-to-hire) reporting *on-site to the organization’s Oakland, CA headquarters.
 
The Facilities Project Manager will provide critical support and leadership in organizational projects – collaboratively plan and develop project ideas, monitor progress, and strategically mitigate risks.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with senior project managers and project team members – share resources, provide feedback, and implement action plans to leverage project procedures and processes
  • Serve as an expert and resource in project compliance procedures and policies – monitor project deadlines, improvements, and ensure alignment with organization mission and vision
  • Oversee financial aspects of small and large-scale assignments and projects – ensure project results and timeline are reached within budgets
  • Assess in analysis and risk mitigation – providing resolutions and senior guidance when appropriate
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, providing project updates, progress, conflicts, and budget management

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management; healthcare industry a plus
  • 1+ years of project management experience with construction projects
  • Knowledgeable in project management, data analysis, and database software
  • Min. 1 year experience in collaboration software (Sharepoint, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license (position requires occasional on-site visits to various office locations)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
