Scion Staffing is conducting an immediate search for a Bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant on behalf of a well-established workers’ compensation and personal injury law firm in Chicago, IL! This is an exciting onsite position offering a full-time work schedule and the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our client’s success!

  • Exciting compensation salary range of $50,000-60,000 (DOE) plus benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Support the work of the onsite assigned attorney managing a docket of 150 to 300 cases; assist with updating clients/client communications and obtaining medical records, medical bills and records
  • Offer administrative support including transcribing, drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents such as emails, letters, reports, and memos putting them into final form for delivery to internal and external parties
  • Entering and maintaining data in client resource database
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Scheduling conference calls and appointments
  • Submitting attorney expense reports and keeping detailed records of charges and reimbursements

Requirements:
  • Legal experience background; workers' compensation and personal injury background is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English Proficiency) required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Openness to learning and development
  • Collaborative, respectful, and positive attitude

Compensation:
This exciting opening offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team of legal professionals on a long term permanent basis and a competitive salary range of $50,000-60,000 (dependent on experience) and a robust benefits package including:
