Proven experience in program management or a comparable role, ideally within the nonprofit sector and serving individuals with disabilities.

Skilled in leading diverse teams with empathy, collaboration, and a focus on achieving results.

Strong knowledge of issues affecting individuals with vision impairments.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in budget planning and resource allocation.

Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
