Burnout is real and takes away from your productivity and efficiency. Taking breaks- whether that is a lunch break during your workday, or a vacation away from work for a few days or weeks- you are guaranteed to come back more refreshed and focused to churn out your productivity.
Say no to meetings
Meetings can be one of the biggest time (and thus productivity) sucks during your day. Evaluate the topic of the meeting and see if you can turn it into a short conversation or even an email. If you do have to have a meeting, make sure you schedule it at an opportune time during your workday and prepare for the meeting beforehand so you can be the most productive.
